Spacey, Spacey, Spacey

I have to admit when I saw this "Belly Laugh" on Baby Center it hit too close to home. I can honestly say that in mid stride I'll forget where I was going and why. And the funny thing is, it's not just a mental lapse, I don't remember even after thinking about it. I know studies have shown you loose brain cells during pregnancy but this is ridiculous. Lucky for me some people around me at work just had a child or is going to have one so they understand. But it does get annoying when people ask you to do something and then check up on you to see if you actually did it. I'm not used to that type of supervision but honestly I need it or some things may never get done. I've long past the klutz stage of my pregnancy. I can remember for two weeks straight whenever I would get into the shower I would stub my toe on the edge of the shower. It would baffle me every time I did it and yet just before I would get in I wouldn't remember that, "yesterday I stubbed my toe so today I should be more careful." I would just stub my toe again. I hope that doesn't come back during the 3rd trimester.
On a lighter side we have been feeling the baby kick now for about a week. Brent got the wonderful opportunity to feel her kick after he decided to shake my belly a little because she would stop kicking as soon as he put his hand on my belly. She then proceeded to kick him in the hand a couple of times. I think she was annoyed. I don't feel her all the time but once a day will suffice for me right now.
